We met casually at a friend's get together, I took notice of Kim right away. We dated a few times. On one outing we decided to go the ice bed caves in the Lava Beds Nat park. I snuck some flowers, a candle and a small wine bottle in my coat. When we were on the cave's frozen ice floor I surprised her and read some romantic musings. It was a short courtship as I had to leave her for a new posting. We've toured Europe on our motorcycle, made many friends. Served our country for 25 years.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Exploring Germany and other European locations. We'd ski the Zugspitz, Swiss Alps and other exciting places. We traveled by train to Paris, and visited all of the museums we could. We also went on a multi country motorcycle journey from Ramstein, Germany to St.-Tropez. The Mediterranean was such brilliant blue. Riding a motorcycle in Monaco on their Formula One streets was memorable. Our favorite activities are being with our grandkids. Because of my kidney issue we are currently moving.
What would you do with $20,000?We would give half to dog and cat rescue services. The other half to recidivism prevention programs and the remainder to our adult children.
