We met in college. Kevin was on a summer travel team for the university and made a stop at Kristi’s church. A mutual interest was sparked that very first night while we stayed up late playing cards and talking. We started dating when we returned to school that fall and were engaged just a few months later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We were gifted with a week in Perdido Key, Florida after a very difficult year. Kristi had been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that caused partial paralysis the previous fall. Our prayer was that she would be able to walk by the time of our trip and feel the sand between her toes. God answered that prayer and that was an unforgettable trip.
What would you do with $20,000?Kevin would like to take Kristi back to Perdido Key with part of the winnings. We would also like to invest in our own backyard space to build community. We’d love to have a space suited for creating memories with our adults kids, grandchildren, and family and close friends in our community.
