Kevin and I met when we were in our 20’s in Sacramento. We have been together for 21 years this year!! We met out for our birthdays in June and became quickly enamored with each other. Jess was in her junior year of college when we met and we went to a trip to the Bahamas after her graduation where I proposed.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are two. Welcoming our two daughters into the world. With the first, becoming a parent for the first time is incredible. We were so excited to become parents after we got married. We had bought our first house, both had steady careers and had had a ton of fun in our 20s! With the second, she was our last. There’s something so special about completing your family unit.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we’d invest in our family and our community. We’d create lasting memories with our daughters through meaningful experiences, while giving back to causes close to our hearts. As annual donors to the Sacramento Children’s Home, we know the impact community support can have. My husband’s difficult upbringing inspires our commitment to helping others, because every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
