Connect How did your love story begin?

We technically matched on Tinder first, but I ignored him.After being cheated on and spending months rebuilding my mental health, I wasn’t interested in dating. Especially in a Tinder man! Alex had just been cut from his college baseball team and a Semipro team after a shoulder injury. Then fate stepped in. We ran into each other at a bar I never even wanted to go to. We talked for hours, and it felt like we’d known each other forever. We found each other exactly when we both needed hope.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

After everything we’d both been through before meeting, my favorite memory has simply been watching us build a peaceful life together. Whether it’s cooking dinner, going to the gym, taking walks, or dreaming about our future, the ordinary moments have become the ones I treasure most because they’re filled with comfort, laughter, and security. He helped me find my passion of Yoga while he pursued his passion of coaching Baseball! We’re super active so really anything that involves that!

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d use it as a foundation for our future: paying off student loans, building our first home and investing in our dreams. Part of it would help me grow my yoga business. Part of it would go towards Alex’s dream of owning a travel baseball team. More than anything, it would be an investment in the life we’re building together (hopes of getting a Golden Retriever in Sept!) .
