Saw my sweet girl roller skating in Pismo Beach at the roller rink there in 1974. I can still tell you exactly what she was wearing…it’s seared in my memory forever more. After that I was smitten…there was no one else for me…and so began our courtship. Six months later we were moved in together at eighteen, married after that and started the great adventure of our lives. We laughed, we loved, we discovered ourselves for eight years before our first child. She will always be the love of my life!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many to choose from…but undoubtedly the birth of our children. I still see her face in the smiles of both our kids and now the grandchildren that they have born. Married all these many years it’s comforting to know that whomever leaves first, there is comfort in knowing that each others presence will still be there to look upon with fond memories. She will forever be the love of my life…
What would you do with $20,000?As I have said before my love is living bravely with a diagnosis of Terminal Kidney Cancer. Doing the best we can and $20,000 dollars would go a long way to take the stress off of our situation…she is so worried about me and my life and all I care about is that when the time comes she can pass comfortably, cared for by me till the end, warm in her own bed, swaddled in my love.
