How did your love story begin?

Against the world. I'm eleven years her senior and her friends and mine thought we were crazy to continue our relationship. Her mother hated me and her dad liked me for that reason. My male friends were envious and hers too. Friends became more associates and trust was challenged on many levels. Love prevailed and healed many wounds, but the scar remains.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Winning our first film award 2017 for documentary film in Los Angeles at the Skins Film Festival. Our son was there also and we loved celebrating as a family.

What would you do with $20,000?

Complete our four documentaries were working on. "Crossing the line" an eposé of violence against Native persons in border towns. "From Her Lens" an examination into the life of a photographer and educator in MS. during the sixties. "Three Generations" three women and their lives as artist, models and traditional Taos Pueblo women. "American Gem" the sculptor Somers Randolph resided in Santa Fe, New Mexico but recently moved to Memphis, Tennessee. His stone sculptures deserve recognition.
