We met through eHarmony and messaged at first. It took time for me to find a place open and halfway between us during Covid (we lived in different states), but I found an outdoor aerial park in Massachusetts. I tried so hard to impress him I had bruises from the most difficult black diamond course. He got a scar from getting tangled in a zip line. We ate so much pizza and ice cream together after-no judgment! We had to drive back and forth every other weekend to keep seeing each other.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My husband is the one who suspected I was pregnant, but I couldn’t believe it happened so quickly since I was 38 when we married. The birth of our daughter was a truly proud moment for both of us and he has grown into a wonderful father and remains an amazing spouse. We also had a Halloween “wedding”- we eloped to legally marry because he got his current position in a new state and I moved and left my position for him.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the money for a home. We currently rent but hope to give our daughter a place to call home before she starts school. Plus, I think we really hope to be able to decorate her room to whatever she wants-I can’t wait to see who she becomes in the years to come.
