In our college theatre program. We were Julia and Faulkland in a production of Richard Brinsely Sheridan’s The Rivals. We were lovers in the show, and we would soon fall in love afterwards. It was a pandemic Zoom play too, so being able to keep each other company (albeit a distanced company) was a great way for us to pass the time during lockdown. We also bonded over mutual distaste for one another’s exes, so that was a bonus!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Probably when we went and saw Olivia Rodrigo in Nashville! Remi was working at a dog daycare and doing art on the side and managed to raise enough funds to buy 2 tickets. The concert was actually on Kelli’s birthday, and Olivia Rodrigo is Kelli’s favorite artist. It was a perfect weekend. We laughed, we shopped, we ate good food, and we got to guarantee that Kelli had the best birthday ever.
What would you do with $20,000?$20k would be a game changer. We live in Arkansas and work hard jobs with little pay (higher ed and retail will do that to you). It would give us the ability to start to focus more on our dreams in the entertainment industry, and it would give us some cushion and comfort coming out of some pretty unfortunate life events. We could also probably be responsible and put some into our credit cards and bills too, but that’s not as fun of an answer - haha!
