Connect How did your love story begin?

We didn’t have a whirlwind love story. We were just two college kids who happened to be neighbors. He came over, and somehow that turned into him staying at my apartment for three months. When I finally asked why he never went home, he looked at me and said, “You never kicked me out.” So I asked him out. Since then we’ve grown up together. He worked tirelessly to earn his degree, and I followed my dream of opening a day spa. Through every season, we’re each other’s biggest supporters🤍

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It’s hard to choose just one because we’ve spent the last 6.5 years growing together, building our careers, and making the most of every season. One of our favorite traditions is visiting my family in Colorado. They live in the valley, so we hike our favorite little trail, watch the sun set behind the mountains, and then watch the moon rise. Those moments are peaceful, grounding, and a reminder that our favorite memories are often the simplest ones.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d put it toward our future. Over the last 6.5 years, we’ve intentionally focused on building our careers, supporting each other’s dreams, and creating a strong foundation for the life we want together. This would help us buy our first home sooner, invest back into our businesses, continue making memories through travel, and give us even more opportunities to pour back into the communities that have supported us. And of course, we’d spoil our dog Luna a little too.
