I went on a vacation that my dad was supposed to attend before suddenly passed away from brain cancer. I went to the end of the dock late at night to have a beer in his honor when I saw Robert. It feels like my Dad sent him to me as one last gift. If my dad hadn’t passed, I wouldn’t have been on that trip in that moment at that same time.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory is that we went on a two week long cruise and ended in Paris. I was sure that he was going to propose at the Eiffel Tower so when he didn’t I tried to put on a brave face. Turns out he was waiting for Disneyland Paris the next day because he knew that I’d love that much more. We both laughed the entire day after that because he was so nervous. He didn’t even say anything when he proposed, just got down on one knee with hand shaking.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 can go a long way. The obvious answer would be to take a nice vacation together, so I’m sure we would put money away for that. But I would like to be responsible with this money and use it towards a house. I would also want to put some of that money towards my mom. She has been one of my greatest supporters and we would love to spoil her as well. While money is amazing, the real prize here would be to go on a double date with the Goldblooms!
