We went from college classmates to talking through social media. We learned we’re both in love with arts as a musician and artist in our communities. Upon talking we realized our dads had been coworkers for 15 years, our sisters are both 6 years older than us and some many other similarities that brought us closer together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our fondest memory would be the 3 day roadtrip from Las Vegas to Chicago. I (KayDee) was driving there to help Tyler move for school, and I flew back and we were long distance for about a month or so until I also moved to Chicago. It was so nice to spend some time alone before parting ways, and also to explore Chicago together. The roadtrip consisted of a 20+ hour long playlist, hot Cheetos, and energy drinks.
What would you do with $20,000?With or without the money we will continue to support each others aspirations in life but that money would help along the journey. We will be able to pay Tyler’s tuition and put some money into savings to keep for the future. It would alleviate some financial stresses that we’ve dealt with in our individual upbringings.
