We met in October 28, 2010–he (Joseph Sai) was invited to sing a Tahitian song (I (Jerwyn Sendaydiego) had already been a member of the dance company) with our group. It was a song about searching for love in the stars. 2 days later, we went out on our first date. The next day, we made it official to be exclusive with the other. On our 1 year anniversary, in Hawaii, we got engaged and on our 8th year of October 28, 2018, year of infinity, we married in Hawaii.

Our favorite memory was a trip to the Big Island when we took my mom with us. Both of them gathered fresh bread fruit that we later baked and brought back to California with us. Aside from this, the countless memories of our roadtrips we take in attempting to complete our national parks list. Currently we have been to 43 of 63 parks and hope to tackle the rest soon. The time we spend together, whether alone as a couple with our pups or with my parents, have always been special.

As we near the completion of the national parks, we would love to use the money to complete our list! We have all of Alaska’s parks, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Dry Tortugas to see. The others—Arcadia, a few in Michigan and 1 in Indiana. We still have a ways to go with this but would love the opportunity to experience these places before we get too old to go!
