How did your love story begin?

Larea says our love story began because she "invited herself" on a Cabo trip with friends. I say it began when she spotted me and thought, "Yep, that's him." 😂 The truth is somewhere in between. We met by a pool during a class reunion trip neither of us expected would change our lives. What started as laughs and easy conversation turned into late-night calls, airport hugs, and a long-distance love story built on faith, timing, and a little bit of Cabo magic.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory wasn't a vacation or a fancy date—it was the days after Larea's surgery. What could have been a difficult season became one of the moments that strengthened us most. We laughed, prayed, watched movies, and navigated recovery together. It was our unexpected introduction to "in sickness and in health," and it reminded us that love isn't just about the best days—it's about showing up for each other on the hard ones too.

What would you do with $20,000?

After building a relationship across state lines, navigating life's challenges, and blending our families, we'd use the $20,000 to invest in our future together. We'd put it toward our wedding, creating unforgettable experiences with our children, and building a strong foundation for the life we're creating as husband and wife. Our story began with a chance meeting in Cabo, and we'd use this blessing to continue writing the next chapters together.
