We met through mutual friends in 2001 at ages 20 and 21, just as we were starting our careers. He was a small-town guy, and I was a city girl who had recently moved to a small town in Illinois. A simple phone call inviting him to a party changed everything when I realized he liked me. We started spending time together, fell in love quickly, and have now shared 25 wonderful years together. Sometimes the best love stories begin with one unexpected conversation.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories as a couple was traveling to Yellowstone National Park. Experiencing its breathtaking landscapes, incredible wildlife, and unforgettable sunsets together made the trip truly special. Exploring one of America's most beautiful places side by side reminded us that our favorite adventures are the ones we share, creating memories we'll cherish for a lifetime.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would give us peace of mind. We'd use it to pay off a few expenses, save for the future, and enjoy a small trip together. It wouldn't change who we are, but it would give us a little more breathing room and help us continue building the life we've worked so hard for.
