Our love story began at the EM Club on the base, Fort Story, VA. Joe was in search for a wife and to see if Virginia was really for lovers. He noticed me standing alone and asked if I wanted to dance. I said NO! Lol! He asked a second time, I said, I don't like that song. The third time, he said come on here girl. So we danced all night, joking, laughing, learning each other. THEN he asked me the question, where you from? I lied, Jacksonville,FL, HE SAID I'M FROM THERE! A lie turned into love ❤️
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory we shared as a couple was our first cruise to the Bahamas. This is when we found out we had never been on a real vacation before. No kids, no phone, no family... lol!!! We had so much fun eating all day, dancing, singing karaoke and attending all the games and comedy shows. We wanted to stay on the ship longer so that the celebration would never end.
What would you do with $20,000?With the 20,000, we would take our dream trip to Paris, France 🇫🇷 and London, England. March 31. 2027. It will be our 45 Anniversary!!!!! We were married on a Wednesday, so in 2027 our anniversary actually falls on a Wednesday.We plan to do a mock proposal right in front of the Eiffel Tower live on Facebook. Also. We would buy keepsakes from France for our three adult children and our 16 grandchildren. ❤️
