Though we’d lived in the same towns and gone to the same schools, we’d never met one another. We met through an online dating app for older people later in life. We had both been divorced after about 25 years marriage. We chatted for a while and decided to meet for a date at his place for movies and pizza. We hit it off. We now have a blended family of 3 beautiful daughters and 1 amazing grandson. We’ve truly been blessed! 💕
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our engagement was special. We were having a family bonfire in the backyard with our girls. That evening, John proposed by firelight on one knee. And I happily accepted his proposal. ♥️ We got married on St Patrick’s Day on Jekyll Island surrounded by family and friends. ☘️
What would you do with $20,000?Fantasy… We would love to travel some to destinations we’ve only been able to dream about, maybe Italy or Ireland. ✈️ Realistically… Our home from the seventies needs new windows. 🪟
