We met while serving in college leadership, and one casual plan to grab a beer after class changed everything. That Thursday happened to be Valentine’s Day, so our “beer” turned into dinner instead. We talked for hours, completely losing track of time. From that night on, Joe never dropped me off at my dorm without making sure he knew when he’d see me next. One of our biggest dreams is to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary with a trip to Europe.
