Our love story began in 1998 when we were working together at a temp agency in Michigan. Neither of us had a dollar to our name and even lived out of the car for a bit. Joe decided to join the United States Air Force and I decided to drop out of law school and follow him. We lived overseas, for the majority of our Air Force career. We raised two beautiful children together and our third, a son who we adopted when he was 15 years old. Then, we fought death. Through it all, our love has continued.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory shared as a couple is Apple picking in an apple orchard in Northern Japan, when our two girls were very young. It was such a beautiful day and we were so blessed that we got to experience it..
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 we would pay off quite a bit of debt that has been incurred because Joe is not working due to his illness. We would feel a lot less stressed and a little more comfortable in life and that sounds amazing.
