We met more than 18 years ago and felt an instant connection, but life had other plans. We went our separate ways, never imagining our story wasn’t over. Then, by pure chance, Amanda was in Minnesota for a family reunion when Jess text her out of the blue. We met up, picked up right where we left off, and realized timing had finally caught up with us. We’ve been together ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s impossible to top Sedona. Surrounded by the breathtaking red rocks, we got engaged in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. It wasn’t just the proposal, it was the feeling that after waiting nearly two decades to find our way back to each other, we were finally beginning the life we’d always hoped for. That day will forever be our favorite memory.
What would you do with $20,000?Being long-distance means most of our extra money goes toward flights just to be together. Winning $20,000 would ease that burden and let us invest in building our future instead of constantly traveling between states. We’d also finally take our dream trip to Kauai, celebrating how far we’ve come and making memories before closing the distance for good.
