Because we are both child abuse survivors that were in a place of giving up, he was suicidal too until we met. Since date 1-Forever!
We would like to thank you for supporting Jermaine and Jennifer in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Jermaine had been through so much trauma in his life that he was really ready to end it all but he wanted to go online and meet a woman for one last date before he did it. I was feeling like I needed to accept being alone because I didn't even love myself. He messaged me on a dating site at the exact moment I was going to delete my profile.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Other than becoming parents? Definitely Traveling. We have really enjoyed seeing other parts of the country together and going on road trips. We've created so many life long memories while traveling.
What would you do with $20,000?The first thing we would do is pay off some debt to get our credit back to good standing for our family and then we would use some to take the kids on a much needed vacation (we are still getting on our feet after being homeless so haven't had any vacations). We would use the rest to invest in our family business we'd like to leave to our kids some day and then put what we can into an organization that helps the community with things like free showers, hair, clothes, food, shelter &bill payments
