Andrew introduced himself as the new neighbor. I told him that he should come up to our street that night because it was a potluck and "we're MAKIN WaaaaaFFFles!" I sounded like donkey from Shrek which made the rest of the neighbors crack up. For the next 2 years, Andrew would hang out with all the parents and hear my stories about teaching or crazy dates. This went on for 2 years and then we started talking at the pool. Months later we played corn hole and the chemistry was undeniable.

My son announced we were going to Andrew's for dinner! I laughed but Andrew said "you're welcome to come over" so we did. His 2 boys and my son played after dinner while I attempted to drink the box wine he offered me! lol We had so much to talk about that I left texting my friend about how much I liked the shy neighbor. He asked me out before I even made it home. We couldn't go on a date for two weeks, so he would offer to walk my dog with me each night just so he could see me. We never stopped

We would use it as a down payment to be able to buy our family home. We are hoping to buy a house with a room for each of our boys with room to grow and have fun as a family!
