After navigating through the dating scene in Arizona, Jenn decided to sign up for Hinge. The next day, Brandon commented on her photo with “I love your smile!” Brandon, being sports and game obsessed, asked Jenn on a date to Dave & Busters’, a local arcade. Growing up going to a summer sport’s camp and having a competitive brother, Jenn knew she could compete. Not only did Jenn beat Brandon is multiple games including Mario Kart and Basketball Connect4, but she also stole Brandon’s heart.

For Brandon’s 30th birthday, Jenn planned a trip to Las Vegas to see Brandon’s favorite comedian, Morgan Jay. Brandon and Jenn drove to Las Vegas and spent the drive to and from listening to audiobooks. With a love for cooking shows, Brandon and Jenn ate dinner at Hell’s Kitchen and tried the famous Beef Wellington. During the trip, Brandon tried his hand at the poker tables and, now, family poker nights and reading have become a special part of Jenn and Brandon’s life together.

We are both so blessed with wonderful and giving families. Jenn was born to a working family that still resides in the familiar house she was born in. Brandon was placed in foster care at age 2 and was fortunate enough to be adopted by his loving and life-saving forever family at the age of 7. If we are lucky enough to be afforded this money, we would assist with family expenses, put some toward our dream wedding, spoil our 2 year-old golden doodle, and save for a house and future children.
