We were both on the dating app, Plenty of Fish. Ros calls it Plenty of Fools. She was about to give up on the dating scene a day before I came across her profile. I messaged her and we decided to meet at the local Starbucks. She nicknamed me Starbucks for her benefit. We spent 3 hours talking and having a wonderful time. When we were done I asked her out again which became a regular thing. I told her at our next date I was going to marry her. Here we are seven years later loving it.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The day I proposed she was not feeling well, but I pressured her to go downtown with me. I got down on one knee and she said you are doing this now? I said yes, had the ring ready, and couldn't get back up because I'm getting older. She had to help me get back up. I put the ring on her finger and our journey of helping each other get up has been wonderful.
What would you do with $20,000?We really want new flooring in our house. I just had the carpets cleaned, but we want wood laminate vinyl planks. The carpet has been in the house for over 20 years and it is time for it to go.
