Mari and I met in high school as friends and I remembered us exchanging mix CD's in the early 2000's. We shared our loved for music and even today we still make mix playlist for each other. We lost touch and we reconnected through myspace in 2009 and started dating slowly in 2011 after we had both ended relationships. After we dated for some time we realized how much we had in common and I remember thinking to myself that I am so happy I found someone when I wasn't even looking.

Our favorite memories together is by far attending live music. We always had this love for music and share similar taste and share other genres we enjoy, especially Mari's love for Spanish music. We attend live shows, musicals and festivals when able. We also enjoy traveling so we have incorporated traveling to see live music. We are on a mission right now to save to travel to the birth place of Jazz music. I am a Jazz lover and it's something we haven't had time to make for.

We would pay off some debt, donate to some non profits we are passionate about and of course travel to complete our dream to enjoy live music across the country. We have build a beautiful life together through struggles but one thing for sure is that we can always count on music to make us happy and heal. I would love to be able to not stress about enjoying the simple things in life. We both are in stressful professions and we try to always make time to sit and be present with music.
