Our story began as a prayer.In numerous journals I prayed for my future husband. In 2/2022, I gave up hope. I prayed to God and said, “your will, not mine.” And I let go. 5 months later I felt a gentle nudge toward online dating. I hesitantly agreed, signing up. He was the first and only person I talked to. Realizing I was charged over $300 instead of a monthly $25 fee, I cancelled my account and to this day he’s the best refund I ever received! We shared numbers and met 2 weeks later.

We lived 4 hours apart for our first year. One of the weekends we met half way and went to a drive through animal safari park. They had food pellets in big cups you could feed the animals. We have never laughed so hard as we did that adventure! Between the llamas, zebras, and mix of so many other animals we had so much fun. I realized this was the man I wanted to laugh with for the rest of my life that day. I think we were digging those pellets out of the car for 4 years and neither of us cared.

The $20,000 would help us get rid of our debt and we would put the rest toward our forever home. My husband has been a travel nurse for almost 25 years and is needing to get away from bedside nursing. Putting our daughter through pharmacy school, makes it impossible to do at the moment. This blessing would make it possible for him to get a job that will be less strenuous on his body.
