Couples always talk about complementing each other. We are SUPPLEMENTS, providing differing perspectives that expand our sense of humanity.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
Three weeks after we met, I lost the most important person in the world to me. The day it happened, I called Greg to let him know that I wouldn’t be able to make our date. He offered to come over right away, and I cried on his lap for hours. First impressions. No games, no facade, no pretense. It was life on life’s terms. I fell in love with him that night and together we have learned to choose happiness no matter the obstacle (and there have been many).
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? After eight years together, getting engaged was a forgone conclusion. We had a running joke that we both had to propose to each other, but whoever did it second had to do it best. I went first in an elaborate ruse that caught him completely off guard (and quite frankly would be impossible to top). Afterwards, he told me that he didn’t think he could do it better… I gave him a bit of a hard time, but I let him off the hook. 😆
What would you do with $20,000?We still have a wedding to plan and pay for, but we are both very philanthropically conscious. So, we would use half of the proceeds for the wedding and the other half would be donated to provide scholarships for at risk youth.
