We ran into each other at a local coffee shop. It was love at first sight. We knew each other previously, but not well. We connected right away and Jason purposed after 3 weeks of dating! What we both experienced felt magnetic and had never experienced anything like it. While we don't recommend a short engagement to everyone, the timing and plan for our life was perfect. We connected deeply and knew there was something larger than us in our midst. We were head over heels for one another!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?That's hard to pick! Our wedding is hard to compete with since we were so ecstatic to finally be married! Close behind is 11 years ago we went to San Diego together and explored Pacific Beach, paddle boarding in La Jolla Cove and witnessed a pod of dolphins swimming. Mostly, our favorite memories are a collection of ALL WE'VE WITNESSED RAISING OUR 2 SPECIAL NEEDS BOYS Our life is wrapped up in caring for them, but we often miss just finding who we are and together aside from being mom and dad.
What would you do with $20,000?We would take care of ourselves by planning a vacation together since we haven't had one in years. It would be healing for our bodies, minds and souls. We would also use part of it to put a sauna and small relaxation area in the side yard of our home so we could have frequent respite. We would fill our cups so we could keep loving each other well!
