We met when I subbed to play in a local softball tournament. Three of his players were pregnant that year, and I got asked to fill in. Things took off from there!

I think our funniest memory was when I was almost 9 months pregnant and still playing ball. My hubby was coaching our women’s team. I had singled and was poised at first for our next batter. She got hold of a sweet pitch, and off I went. Hubby is over in the third base box, frantically windmilling his arms trying to get me to third. As I got closer, I saw the third baseman’s eyes get big, and I knew the ball was coming. I slid to avoid her tag, and was safe! Needless to say, this is how we roll

We would be the responsible people we are and pay our ever growing property taxes. It’s also a dream to take a 30th anniversary vacation with just the two of us. So many times our vacations include the grandkiddoes, since we provide daycare four to five days a week, and sometimes one or more of our kids join us as well.
