It all began one night at the South River Pub. Rich and his softball team came rolling in…and me and my friends were already there having drinks. He sent me a drink and then came over to talk to me. We chatted all night. Unfortunately, we were both with other people at the time. I worked down the street at a place called Cocktails, and Rich would come in every Friday night and ask me if I was single - for the next 11 months and leave a tip with his phone number on it! Until one day I was!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The births of our sons, for sure. But also one of our first trips to Europe we were in France and drove to Dolce Aqua, Italy to stay in a vineyard on top of a mountain. The roads up to the vineyard were one lane with the mountain side inches away! We drove and drove until we were in the clouds! It was the most magical scenery we had seen! We sat each night at the winery on top of that mountain contemplated some day retiring in such a beautiful place.
What would you do with $20,000?Definitely put it towards our youngest son’s college fund! He is currently going into his senior year in high school.
