We communicated online at first. Curious, so we decided to meet. I prayed that if it wasn't right that God would intervene. Jake was late & as I was leaving, he walked in & his presence took my breath away. Seeing I was leaving, he apologized for being late. I humbly said "I guess I'll stay" as I felt Cupid's arrow sear right through me. We enjoyed an appetizer (he tells everyone I ate all the calamari) The conversation flowed easily. He asked "may I kiss you?" & that's where the magic began!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding day! We rented a house in Virginia Beach with family. We prepared all the food ourselves (except the cake) & picked local flowers for the bouquets. We took our vows on the beach officiated by a Navy Chaplin. Family members played guitar & took pictures. We had a sand ceremony & a pool party reception, it was an amazing day!
