Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began when we met in college and went on a date. We knew of each other because we both went to the same high school but never once directly interacted. Jacqueline was friends with my younger sister and was even at her sweet sixteen without either of us even noticing the other. We went on a date at an Italian restaurant and felt like we knew each other our entire lives.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory we’ve shared together is getting to see the Northern Lights in Iceland while staying in a single bed observation dome. Seeing one of the most spectacular naturally occurring events in the world with each other was a priceless moment I’ll remember forever. We were lucky enough to see the aurora almost every night we were there and it reminded us how special it is to amazing parts of life with each other.

What would you do with $20,000?

Being that we are getting married in September 2026, $20,000 would help us find a house and start our lives together once we get married. Starting a family and life together is our biggest dream and that financial boost would give us an amazing opportunity to create a better situation for each and our future families. One of our dreams is to buy land and start a small homestead so we can garden together, which is one of our favorite hobbies to do with each other.
