We met while we were in high school, both working in childcare at our local YMCA. We became close friends in college when we took a hiking class together and we couldn’t stop talking! Some of our first dates included attending a climate strike, taking a CPR class together, hammocking at our favorite parks, urban exploration, and doing wacky photoshoots for Jack’s art classes. Jack proposed last August at one of our favorite hiking spots, and we just had our wedding in May!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our trip to Japan that we took a couple of years ago. It was our first time abroad, and we had an incredible time exploring Tokyo, climbing Mt. Fuji, and riding the bullet train! We love to try new foods and explore different cultures, so getting to spend that time together was absolutely priceless. We can’t wait to travel the world together more in the future!
What would you do with $20,000?We would like to have a baby soon, and we would use the money to support our family and the expenses related to raising a child. This would be a life changing experience for us and we are so excited at the possibility of sharing the abundance of love we have for one another with a brand new human being!
