We had mutual friends but never met. Hunter had just moved to New York from Pennsylvania. He came in for a visit two weeks after his move to visit friends. By chance we both ended up at a brewery. Hunter was with one friend, Katie was with another mutual friend. It lead to us sitting at a table together. We hit it off instantly. Once we exchanged numbers, texts turned into daily FaceTime calls. Movie nights over the computer. We had a three hour distance and made time for weekly visits.

WE JUST GOT MARRIED! June 20th 2026 has stolen the show for being our favorite memory. From our very emotional first look that immediately turned into laughter. Hunter laughing when he realized Katie was walking down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme song. Our first dance to I Want To Grow Old With You. Both wearing bibs at dinner. And dancing the night away surround by friends and family. Speeches filled with quotes from our favorite movies, pranks, our diy candy wall, our Lego guest book.

Hunter works full time and decided to go to college to challenge himself and to open the door for more opportunities and to better our future and our future family. The money would be so helpful to help cover the cost of school, and allow us to tackle some projects around our very very old house.
