It began 1989 at the club The Daily Planet in Santa Rosa, CA. I was visiting from Sweden and was there with friends, he was helping a friend with a snack kiosk inside the club. My friends pointed him out, and I thought he was cute, so I worked up the courage to introduce myself. We talked for a bit, exchanged phone numbers. A week passed and I didn’t hear from him, so I took matters into my own hands and called him. He asked me out on a date the week after… the rest, as they say - is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Besides the birth of our 2 sons and watching them grow up to become the loving and responsible men they are now, it’s the day the flight crew announced “welcome to Oahu” and we stepped off the plane in Honolulu. March 1, 2020 was the beginning of a dream come true in what we now call our forever home. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, and after surgery, chemo, and radiation, we started planning our move and sold almost everything and moved from Sweden after living there 24 years!
What would you do with $20,000?Since our sons and their significant others still live in Sweden we don’t see each other as often as we would like. So we would love to take them on a family vacation.❤️
