How did your love story begin?

His cousins introduced us. They are no longer with us, sadly. I was oneonth pregnant,with my son, and he said he would raise the baby as his own, which he has done. We have one daughter together. We talked on the phone for days before we went on a date. We have been together ever since. The road has been more than bumpy, but love doesn't give up, quit, brag or blame. We made it and will keep going. We are definitely soulmates. I now believe in love at first sight!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

There are so many that it seems impossible to pick a favorite, seriously. So much thought has went into this. We have to agree our favorite memory we shared as a couple is when I got out of the hospital due to mental health issues. He took me on the gateway clipper for our anniversary. This was our first time we had an anniversary date as just a couple. We took our children and there friends everywhere with us. It was 4 years ago we went. It was truly romantic and an amazing surprise!

What would you do with $20,000?

We would definitely take our first vacation. Only us. We never have had that opportunity. It would be unthinkable to be alone and rediscover each other. It is definitely over due. To sleep in, no responsibilities, relaxation, time alone and together is a dream to us. Any money left over we would help our children and grandchildren. Our car would be upgraded and we would enjoy the rest.
