We started dating in junior year of high school – we shared little glances in our classes and had mutual friends. One night, Hailie texted Kyle asking if he wanted to "have a thing" (I'm cringing too). The next day, we had our first date at Chick-fil-A, and we've honestly been inseparable since. We eventually went to separate colleges, finally moved in together 5 years into dating, and we're getting married next year after 8 years together!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?As a little getaway, we rented an Airbnb in a northern Minnesota lake town. While strolling the neighborhood, we came across a field of freshly mowed green grass. We lay down in the field, which was surprisingly comfortable, and watched the clouds drift by, pointing out the shapes we noticed. It was so tranquil, and that memory will stay with us forever.
What would you do with $20,000?We are currently planning our wedding for next summer, and Hailie is in medical school! Having this money would go a long way towards keeping us comfortable while she is in school, reducing the burden of student loans, and helping us plan our dream wedding <3
