Our story began in Germany in 2000. Greg was in the AF & I was working for a German travel agency. When I met him he was going thru a divorce. His then wife sent him a Dear John letter while he was deployed & he was devastated. One day I asked if he would like to meet me for coffee & a friendship bloomed. We began spending time together, just as friends, & a year later we began dating. Seven years later we were married & now, 26 years later, we haven’t stopped laughing!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We took a trip w/some friends to Pamplona, Spain to watch running of the bulls. We got separated from our friends one night & found ourselves lost, but we didn’t care! We came upon folks dancing in the street & we joined them! We found an underground bar & enjoyed a few drinks. Later we walked to a restaurant about to close but they let us sit outside & brought us some snacks.We forgot what hotel we were staying at but the cab driver was able to figure it out.It was a the most memorable evening!
What would you do with $20,000?Greg has always wanted a sailboat and I can’t think of a better gift for him AND for us!
