Connect How did your love story begin?

We met at a Dungeons & Dragons game on Halloween. Griff was dressed as Britney Spears in a pink Speedo, and Greer arrived in typical Clown fashion, wearing a massively oversized suit. After a few meetings as “friends,” it became clear that despite both of us having recently ended longstanding relationships, our timing, albeit quick and unexpected, proved to be perfect. We both fell head over clown shoes quite rapidly, and to this day, constantly tell each other just how grateful we are for it.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our first few dates was going to a magic show, where each act seemed to -magically- relate back to things we’d mentioned earlier in the evening: a favorite song - just so happened to be spoken aloud by the magician in his trick! Another magician mentioned working for an Alzheimer’s organization right after Greer shared of her grandmother’s own struggle. A favorite card in the deck - was pulled by another magician, then we found the same one on the street outside. Wow. Tears ensued!

What would you do with $20,000?

Responsibly, we’d put some towards our “community debt...” and we’d love to take a cross-country road trip to visit friends and family, whilst trying to find all the themed hotels and restaurants along the way. We support all things eccentric and zany.
