Connect How did your love story begin?

Both of us were simply hopeful romantics who had experienced a couple of strikeouts in love, but neither of us was willing to give up on it entirely. So we did what any respectable millennial would do, we created online dating profiles to keep hope alive! We met on a dating app specific to single parents looking for something meaningful. We matched and texted back and forth for a while, but it didn’t take long for us to realize that each other was someone that required our undivided attention.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our first date, we ate dinner overlooking Hollywood's most breathtaking views, we roasted marshmallows, we talked until well after the restaurant was closed, we went to church the next day and worshiped together, went shopping at Ross (Grace-C’s favorite), we relaxed by the lake and wrote journal entries to each other (the start of a very cool communicative piece used within our relationship), and we went to a vista overlooking LA. We literally spent Christmas together as a 1st date!

What would you do with $20,000?

We are parents, and the future of our family weighs on our mind often, it is our driving force. We would certainly use the 20,000 towards the investment of our families financial health. We would look to start investment accounts for our children, and we'd also want to put a bit of it towards a down payment on a home that we can raise our family in.
