Connect How did your love story begin?

We met through online dating. Both hurt from previous relationships that went sour, after time we were ready to start something new. Put our hearts on the line, online! Justin just moved and his new address was in my distance circle! We connected and something definitely ‘clicked’. We messaged, then phone calls, and after a few weeks we met up at a local coffee shop and was love ever since! We love finding new ways to laugh, learn, and grow together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Justin and I are now involved with dog foster/volunteer groups and our first memory was adopting our senior special needs pug named Brutus! Overlooked by many, his curly tail truly bonded the love me and Justin shared even more. We’ve adopted 4 other pups since him and love them all. We will continue to adopt/foster/volunteer and donate to animal charities! Their cause warms our hearts and all animals need love, a passion I share with Justin.

What would you do with $20,000?

Help a dog rescue, of course! And for us, Justin has always been entranced by other cultures and has visited family stationed in Japan! Ever since he has been fantasizing about sharing the love, culture and history of Japan with Grace! An overseas vacation adventure. What an amazing way to cherish time together…and that’s one long flight to chat and reconnect after busy life of work and home! Every part would be an amazing experience and Justin can even practice his Japanese-speaking skills!
