How did your love story begin?

We met on a blind date set up by Glenn’s Mom! Ice cream on a step, volleyball games, dinner with his parents…….I chased him down, and then life took us in different directions. Fast forward to 2002, we meet again, I forget his name, and in perfect Glenn style, he saves my embarrassment by saying, “Hello Leigh Anne…Glenn Dorman, nice to see you.” My heart! One year later the phone rings, and it’s him, inviting me to a charity gala. We went, we danced, and we never parted again! ❤️

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My answer? Our wedding day, when my then 9 yr old daughter said to Glenn, “Our circle is complete, and now I can say ‘I love you, forever.’” Glenn’s answer? The birth of our first granddaughter Maya! We are loving being Memé and Grandpa so much that we just drove across the country from NY to Northern California to be close to our two grown daughters, Miss Maya, and in 9 weeks our new granddaughter. There is no greater joy!!

What would you do with $20,000?

In memory of Glenn's Mom, we started an annual scholarship for a graduating HS student, and we'd love to continue that for years to come! Community is so important, so we'd also like to help local at risk youth, and maybe take a little trip to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary!
