Our love story started off very organic but fun we met in the club not a dating site, not at work at a club. We didn’t start dating immediately after he took about a week to even text me, but as soon as he texted me my heart fluttered I have never felt that way. We both easily found out we were both in the navy unfortunately he was underway that didn’t stop our conversation I emailed him the entire time. He always tells me that’s how he knew I was different because no one does that anymore.

There are truly too many to account for but our favorite is when he came back from deployment. I was so excited and nervous I was sweating like I have never met him before. Even though we started dating and he immediately had to deploy we stayed strong the entire time and his homecoming was very special for both of us. I wanted to make it the most special day for him and till this day he still talks about how no one has ever gone the extra mile like that for him before. We felt like kids.

We would pay off some minor debt and save the rest for a well deserved trip together for the holidays. The last thing we would do is put it to the side for emergencies.
