I lived in Jackson Mississippi and worked for an airline. Frank lived in Brooklyn, NY and worked a second job on the weekends, at my favorite store, “Toys ‘R US”. I am a boy Auntie and love Hot Wheels and the first thing I wanted to do was to head to TRU in Times Square and hit the Hot Wheels section. Of course, my Frank, well not yet my Frank, was working in that section. We just started talking and realized we’re both big kids at heart. He asked me out and I accepted.

Our first date! He took me to my favorite place, at the time, Applebees, & then he took me across the street to the Videogame Arcade! A man after my own heart. Mind you, he was 42 & I was 31! But we had so much fun racing each other in cars, on motorcycles & playing the old school video games. Then he did something that was so sweet. He ran up on my side & planted the sweetest kiss on my right cheek. I knew right then & there I was going to marry this man. We dated for 4 yrs. then married!

A down payment on a home and apply to become foster-to-adopt parents. We’ve never owned a home and we were unable to have children of our own. He was an only child and never knew his father and we cannot locate any living relatives for him. We have so much love and would love to have a nice spacious home for a child or even children!!
