I was invited to a quinceañera. He was the chambelan. I noticed him right away. The crowd parted and there he was standing in front of me, hand extended out to me. Would you like to dance? He spoke nothing but Spanish, and didn’t notice my limited responses. I did not speak fluent Spanish, I knew very little. We danced for two hours together. A younger boy ran over and returned his c.d. case. He spoke English to him. I was thrilled! Hew we can actually talk! I still have the envelope with his #.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many, the best response is “our past”. It’s our history. I know everyone in his family and he knows everyone in mine. We know the worst of each other and the best. It’s truly a blessing to grow up with someone. We are best friends.
What would you do with $20,000?We would create more memories and experiences! We would love to take our children to Europe! A bucket list trip!
