How did your love story begin?

Our story began in January of 2007. We were both on an early dating app called True.com (no longer exists). He had a cowboy hat on and looked cute to me and so I clicked. Best internet choice I have ever made. We met in March of 2007 and instantly fell in love, my immediate best friend and the rest is history. Our feelings for each other have only gotten more intense over the years. My absolute soul mate!! We very much totally enjoy each other’s company, that has never changed.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Of course our wedding in February of 2008. The wedding wasn’t about just us because my 2 sons and daughter and his daughter became a family of 6 that day. We involved our children as much as possible in the wedding. Best day of our lives! We had a baby boy to finalize our family in December of 2008.

What would you do with $20,000?

Oh, $20,000 would be life changing. I currently have two types of cancer. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia and renal cell carcinoma. The kidney is scheduled to be removed in September and that cancer will be gone. The other is lifetime. $20,000 would be a chance to catch up on bills and provide some comfort financially. We struggle. It would ease the struggle financially and mentally in a significant way.
