We met at a music festival over 10 years ago through a group of friends, we both locked eyes and had a short conversation. We went our separate ways and would continue to keep up with one another through social media and similar friend groups. About 9 years later we had a great conversation at a local bar and I finally got the courage to text her and ask her on a bowling date after I got home. It was an old bowling alley that had a classic charm to it and the date couldn’t have gone better.

It’s hard to pick one but I’d have to go with our trip to St. Louis. You can create the most amazing memories and have some of the most intimate moments during the smallest journeys if you’re with the right partner. I’ve never had such a short trip feel like such an adventure, it was truly the time of our life.

We would use the money for a down payment on a property with enough land for us to start a community garden. We’ve always loved the idea of having a cottage/country house win enough land to start a garden that allows us to help feed the local community. Food is only getting more expensive and we would live to use a new home as an opportunity to help others as well as ourselves. The garden would cater to all sorts of greens and veggies along with a chicken coop to source eggs from!
