We met in a Yahoo gospel chat room me in Philadelphia and him in San Antonio. What began as simple conversations grew into deep connection across 1,800 miles. Our long-distance journey started in November 2003, and when we finally met in August 2004, we knew instantly it was real, it was God, and it was forever. I came back to visit him for his birthday that December and made the decision to relocate with him in March of 2005. That July Dude popped the question, and we were married Oct 2006.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of my favorite memories we’ve shared as a couple was our family vacation to the Pocono Mountains outside of Philadelphia. That trip was extra special because it was the very first time Dude ever experienced a real winter and real snow. Watching him see snowfall up close the cold, the excitement, the whole moment was unforgettable. It was awesome to share that experience with him and see it through his eyes.
What would you do with $20,000?If we received $20,000, we would invest it into the ministry we launched in 2021 at Greater Love Church. The funds would support our community initiatives homeless hygiene bags, community game nights, and outreach events that create a safe haven for our neighborhood. This would strengthen our impact and help us continue serving with love and dignity.
