We come from completely different backgrounds. We fell in love in our 70s. We have now been together, as a devoted couple, for 8 years.

We met on Match. Our first date was at Starbuck's on July 2, 2018. We connected immediately. I asked Gale for a favor, a few weeks later - she went across the United States, to pick up a puppy I bought. She fell in love with the puppy and me. I fell in love with Gale, and she was everything I had hoped for. We found out that we grew up in the same city - Santa Monica, CA.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We went to the island of Curacao (where Jamy lived as a child for a short period of time). There were many magical moments that only a tropical island can bring. We bonded deeply with each other. We knew than that we would be together for the rest of our lives. Here we are, eight years later, still giggly and in love. We even wrote a book about our love story - Falling in Love in Our Seventies. So, What Does That Really Look Like?
What would you do with $20,000?Now that we are 77 and 80, we would like to take our families out for a magnificent dinner which consists of children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We would also like to plan another beautiful and memorable trip. We would also like to donate $1,000 to Paws for Love.
