Our love story started with a bold social media message: “JD isn’t my real name, but you should know my name—Doug Garza—because I’m going to marry you someday.” What sounded like confidence (or a very ambitious pickup line) became our reality. More than 10 years later, we've built a beautiful life together, celebrated 4 years of marriage, and have had the privilege of raising an incredible son. Sometimes the best love stories begin with a single message—and someone brave enough to send it. ❤️

One of our favorite memories was taking our son to Paris for the first time and watching his face light up as he saw the Eiffel Tower, explored the Louvre, and experienced Disney Paris. Early in our relationship, we promised each other we'd show him the world. Since then, we've shared adventures in Italy, Mexico, and a European Christmas cruise, with Amsterdam next on the list. Our goal has never just been travel—it's to help him see different cultures, perspectives, and possibilities.
