We first met as teenagers at a local fire department function while we were both dating other people. Years later, a simple Facebook conversation reconnected us, and what began as friendship became the love of our lives. We later discovered our paths had crossed even earlier through the same elementary school and friends. Looking back, it feels like every chapter was leading us to each other and the beautiful family we've built together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We’ve shared so many wonderful memories together, including the births of our children. One of our favorites from before we became parents was our honeymoon. In the Bahamas, we rode the local #10 bus and had the warmest conversations with the locals. In Las Vegas, flight delays and cancellations left us stranded in San Francisco, so we rented a car and drove nine hours to Vegas. It became one of our most fun and memorable adventures together.
What would you do with $20,000?14 years together and 9 years married later, we're still grateful that fate brought us together. If we win, we hope to renew our vows for our 10 year anniversary on the beach in Montauk, NY. It's where Brian proposed and where one of our most cherished chapters began. Also, where we continue to return to each year as a family, creating new memories in a place that means so much to us.
